Rebirth: CON 2hrs ability?

I'd really prefer to see things like 2-hour abilities relegated to jobs. It would add more flavor to the playstyle, I imagine.

they said you can unlock JA/WS/spell that only can be use while on a job so you never know they could be doing this.

I think I remember a dev talking about 2-hour abilities a long while ago so finding the post while take forever. He said there would be 30-minute abilities in the future because 2 hours would be too long since this is more of a casual MMO
