Guy gamers who play girl characters

I spend a lot of hours trying to make a male char representing what i would want to look like in the game but failed - far not enough customization options. But making female characters that would just look nice was easy, in addition i had some sort of success recreating a character from one anime i liked. So when i got the fantasia pos (originally was male elezen) i simply picked the most successful character appearance i had saved before. The other two appearances went to my retainers. If SE ever decides to make character customization really customizable (and not selecting 1 of 4 appearances per race) and give everyone a free fantasia pos - i will go back.

My main is a guy, but my alt is a girl. In MMOs I always have my main character male and have a female alt who I try not to neglect (just saying, my alt is i76 drg, 63+ pld, 58 whm).

Outside of MMOs it's all really dependent on the game (whoever fits my playstyle) and possibly my mood at the time (if I get to make a character).

For instance in fighting games female characters generally fit my playstyle since they tend to be fast/agile characters (like Ibuki and Cammy in Street Fighter games). Or in Borderlands I played the sirens Lilith and Maya because I liked their powers the most.

Mass Effect and Dragon Age series I pretty much exclusively played Femshep and Lady Warden/Hawke (my first couple Shepard was male, but a game breaking glitch killed him and corrupted saves lol. Never actually completed any ME game as a Broshep lol). In other games like Fallout 3 and Demon's Souls, I made male characters. Whatever I feel like making goes

Because this game is anatomically correct and the physics are apparently spot on. That and the females don't tend to wear bras for some reason. Watch one doing the harvest dance *boing boing boing*

I'm not a feminist, but I have been on the receiving end of some really disturbing advances. Nothing like that on FFXIV or FFXI, but on Aion and TERA multiple times.

Congratulations on never receiving unwanted advances, but I assure you that it is a problem sometimes. Just because it never happens to you doesn't mean it never happens.

But not in this game, so people bringing up "I play male because people hit on me" in a game where they don't, are missing the point.

You know what I do?

I REFUSE to DF or PF unless very very needed. And I will ditch trolls the first chance I get (if they prove to be trolls, not just irritated normal people).

I NEVER play shooters, FPS or TPS.

I avoid PVP like the plague. That's where trolls breed. It's under a bridge, if you prefer.

I play almost solely with my FC.

And yet I don't hide in my mansion. Most of the time I'm gathering, doing my dailies, crafting, what have you, accessible to all. No Hitting On Me, from anyone. People don't fucking care about random unknown people they don't even interact with.
