Allow solo-ing dungeons without level sync

I don't understand the argument about people being able to farm gear as if that is a bad thing. What does that matter at all?

It is pretty simple. Drops bring people into the dungeon to party with others who need it for exp/clearing/drops. This create group activities and help everyone.

If you were level 50 and had all the drops, would you redo a low level dungeon? Probably not.

I'd love to farm gear myself, but I see the impact on gameplay.
