Allow solo-ing dungeons without level sync

I only agree if they make all gear drops as lv1 with no stats.
Just because I would love to run brayflox until that damned Infantry set drops so I can glamour higher items with it

I wouldnt mind seeing lv1 versions of the acolyte and foestriker sets as well
