Allow solo-ing dungeons without level sync

I wouldn't mind this idea. This would cut down the bitching about casual/bad players that has been going on.

Not really. They'd overlevel, go to the dungeon to solo it, and then hit the stuff they can't just overlevel for and be even worse at it.
