Allow solo-ing dungeons without level sync

This is what would happen. If they didn't remove the loot then you can gear out all of your other jobs at an insanely fast rate.

With what? Lv 25 greens? I'm talking specifically for sub-level 50 dungeons. Not really going to help you gear anything unless you're under the mistaken impression that sub-50 gear matters.
