    How is Critical Chance % calculated?

    I found this formula Crit Chance % = 0.0693 x CRT – 18.486. Is this an accurate way to find crit chance %?

    i have no idea but the reason i reply anyway is that SE has not published any info about how some stats are beeing used exactly and with wide spread opinions and parsers beeing forbidden, you might not get a 100% answer anyhow.
