Look, it's likely they already know about your problem and are working on it. Or they are dealing with alot of other problems and are dealing with them in a 'timely' manner. Remember that this is an international game and there's a bug report forum for each language, with it's own threads and it's own people reporting their own particular issues. Conversely there's only one dev team who have to filter through all those bug reports, see which ones are bugs and not just impatient people being impatient and see about replicating the bug to see what went wrong. It's a long, arduous process and impatient people being impatient doesn't help. If you're reinstalling just let it run it's course and find something to do in the meantime. Surely you've a backlog of games to play.

Feel free to tell me about patience when you haven't been able to reliably play for the last 5 days, haven't been able to play at all for the last two and a half, and haven't seen a single post from a company rep offering any insight or assistance. Instead all you've gotten is a msg that they broke their support tool and if you need help you better be prepared to wait another two or three weeks before you can get support online or you better have most of your day free to sit on hold. When you've experienced this you can tell me about patience, but until then I'll continue to be as impatient as I want while I stare at a black screen launcher, an unknown error code, and occasionally a failed patching process.
