Seriously. I havent been able to play with any reliability because I kept getting super slow black screen launcher since Monday and yesterday SE releases what they called a patch which broke damn near everything including their support platform. So instead of just a super slow launcher I and many many people are now completely locked out of the damn game for going on two days getting nowhere with the launcher, getting the -2146697205 error, and being unable to properly redownload or patch this game.

Normally in a situation like this where you broke everything including your support platform a company would send their agents to the forums in an attempt to help its players fix the mistakes they caused. Well not SE instead their solution is to open a phone bank with extremely limited hours and i can only assume next to no one answering the phone. So now those of us unable to play the game have to sit on our hands and hope SE can ever get their damn platform fixed so that we can actually get some support and try and get back into the game within the next 2 months, or try and find a time we have three hours to waste in the middle of the day and pray you can actually get through on the phone lines.

So yeah why aren't support agents on the forums at a time like this? SE broke everything including their support platform with this patch and the solution of wait for it to get fixed which could take weeks, or find three hours at work and hope your boss doesn't catch you while you sit on hold aren't acceptable. I really want to play this game and even gave it a second chance, but stuff like this is going to chase me away again. I pay a monthly sub and shouldn't have to wait god knows how long for online to get fixed or waste half of my day on the phone.
