I am still kind of new. I accidentally removed a important move from my commands bars. How do I get it back?

Go to your actions, it's as simple as dragging and dropping the action you want in your hotbar back to where it was.

If your on ps3 or ps4 just go to actions then hit square on the skill you want to add and add it to your bar.

Main Menus (bottom right on your PC screen; assuming you have not fiddles with the default UI too much) - Character - Actions and Traits
In that window, is all the things you could ever dream that you can command/hotbar...including easy access to mount/minions/naff auto-skills

You can also hit P and it will open up your character actions menu. ^^
