World Transfer Broken?

I have contacted support several times to no avail. They told me on multiple occasions they have no idea why Jenova isn't in the world transfer list and now support is down. This is me pleading to find out why I cannot transfer to Jenova! Please someone help me! I can create a character on there no problem. I deleted all my cookies and did all the things support told me to do to IE to get the full list but it didn't work. My Fiance and his roommate both checked on their computers it simply isn't there and yet, there is no mention on lodestone or the forums that you cannot transfer to the new servers. Support doesn't even know why and has told me on multiple occasions before support went down that there is no reason I shouldn't be able to! HELP!

Jenova isnt on the server list because it is a new server, same goes with Zodiark. When i was playing on Zodiark, they said it would be a couple of months before they got put onto the transfer list, to let the server build and stuff.
