Raise/Ressurect too low

raise isn;t reraise you target other players who groups at 14?

Most ppl solo so far so you caan't raise yourself >.>

yet ppl are stating weaksause like it is reraise and theirfore reraise themselves. But seem to forget that ff11 has alot of reraise even at level1 reraise scroll >.>

Yeah but theres a cost if you wanted Reraise scrolls. Not everyone could buy them towards the beginning of the game.
