Raise/Ressurect too low

Seriously, rank 14 is a slap on the face of everyone that worked hard to get it at rank 38. That's even easier than getting cure II. Rank 14 is like an hour or less of leveling. They should have made it rank 25 or rank 30.

This one doesn't bother me. It's not like you are ever going to use it R14-25 anyway when you can rez at an Aetheryte. I've probably only used Raise like 5 times from 38-50.
