Raise/Ressurect too low

Lvl 14 for raise is fine, in other games other jobs also have scrolls that allow you to raise other people at any level. So be glad SE dint do this to you fan boys.

Lol having to get scrolls would suck, especially for the people that never had all their spells in ffxi anyways. Getting them from leveling up is much more efficient.
