Raise/Ressurect too low

I agree i hated not having raise in the dunes in XI when people didn't wanna loose exp. Having it 14 is great for new comers

Man, Playing White Mage in the dunes with Levelsync was a godsend. "We need a raise!" "BRT gotta desync."
I loved helping people in the dunes.
