The dungeons are instanced and by the looks of it they have you teleporting all over the place to take the different paths. I believe they are doing raise at 14 to make it possible to bring in the low lvl dungeon they have mentioned. It seems like it would be the only way to keep the party together in a situation like that. Everyone wants low lvl content and then complain when other things are changed to make it happen.
P.S. anyone who considers that reaching lvl 38 is working hard really needs to reevaluate their definition of working.

Just here casting a vote. I think it's too low as well. r25-30 would suffice for me. The instance starts at 30 (right?), so even at 30 does not seem too bad imo.
There is no penalty to death. It shouldn't matter if it's Lv1 or Lv100.
As I said in another thread,
....maybe the reason why Raise and Resurrect are R14 is because when you're KOed and you use Return, you incur a durability penalty. If Raise is low then more people can go around giving raises and helping out their fellow players and also help them not lower their equipment durability.
Come on people.....

Its about making the game accessible to more players. Not about all the "hard" work you put into your character. It might not take very long to get to Rank 14, that means maybe more than 1 or 2 people in your PT will have raise ready to go when it hits the fan.
So here's what we need, then. Like Raise II and Rebirth will be, Raise and Resurrect need to be exclusive to Conjurer. Would that make you happy?
