The issue is: EVERYONE will need to start ranting, swearing, pissing on each other and tearing down the walls all at the same time.

Otherwise, they'll just weed out the offending posts instead of throwing on the much needed tire-boot on this bitch

It actually is, mobs drop scrolls that have 20 min cooldown and anyone can raise anyone.

Are we still trying to get this thread closed? Because discussing how FFXIV stole Tera's raise scroll idea would be a great derail.

as someone said earlier in this thread maybe they plan to put r15/r20 raids in later so raise at r14 would make a lot more sense if you think about it like that
