Hanjuku Hero (half boiled Egg Hero) it's a joke strategy game... hard to explain the game it self is a good strategy game but 80% of the summons and the main character (the prince) are all joke. they use old FF or other Square-Enix titles characters/monsters as a joke character. One of my favorite games

I think the reason game didn't come out in the US is the jokes are too hard to translate + even if they did the joke might not be funny for foreign players.

Like Odin summon from FF... in the game is Oden which is Japanese food... They combined them together and it's a food on a spear and the guy slashes through the mobs like Odin...

I like the game for the jokes + the music/sound effects are from known SE music (arranged in joke way)

Yeah, most of the weirdness would do poorly in terms of sales versus translation/time costs I love the fact that there are 'wacky' games that are out of the usual comfort zone, just wish I was able to enjoy them fully.

Oh well, looks like learning Japanese at some point in my life is inevitable
