So far I have only done one DoW/DoM lvl 13 Field Exploration and received 3 Allagan Silver Pieces and the Minute Mindflayer Minion.

I heard DOL get three new quests when they hit 50 where you need a specific amount of perception for it. The amount is so high that you have to equip them quite well including Materia. What about combat retainers? What kind of quests do they get and what are the prerequisites for them? Do they need to be ilevel 80 or something to be able to go on the highest duties available?

And I've only done this exploration twice. Uh oh.

Except the few special items posted above, it's mostly 3allagan silver pieces + 1x Mahi-Mahi HQ (Fisher) or 3x Trillium HQ (Botanist) or 3x Gold Ore HQ (Miner) or 3x Coeurl Meat HQ (DoW/DoM).
Thats what i got most from the lvl13 explorations.
