My account got locked, I assume because I was logging in from my friend's house so it posed a security risk, and it says it sent an email to the email linked with my squareenix account. It has been nearly an hour and no email has been received.

Anyone know if there is a way to force a resend other than re-attempting login? Or if it's possible that the email they have is some how different from the one that has been receiving payment conformations for the past 2 years?
