Time to move on since Square Enix does not listen to its Constituents

For some people, getting 7 other skilled people together is harder than the encounter itself...

Skilled people know how to find one another. You join as a sub for someone's static in PF and show them youre good.

Or start a static and over time replace people who aren't skilled or aren't adapting/learning.
