    Cait Sith Doll & Moogle Cap Code?

    I'm so sorry if this has been asked over a dozen times but I have to ask.

    So I preordered the game through Amazon on ps4 and got the early access code and everything. I did not use the early access code as I do not have a ps4 yet and play through my ps3. I did just recently redeem the code through PSN on my ps3.

    I was wondering how do I go about getting the actually Cait Sith Doll and Moogle Cap? I didn't receive any additional codes or e-mails and I have been scouring the internet trying to get a definitive answer. Is there something I need to input on the Mogstation? I was planning on giving the ps4 copy to my brother but I wanted to get the preorder items for myself.

    So sorry if I posted this on the wrong thread, first time here and getting kind of desperate .

    If you've added the code to your account through the PSN, the items should be sent to you in-game through Moogle mail.

    I went and input the early access code again to see if maybe I mistyped it. As soon as I completed it, it said thank you the code has been redeemed and nothing else showed up (This might be since Early Access is no more). I logged back into the game (ps3) and the moogle had nothing for me. I know that I did not miss out on my opportunity to get the items as I see the code will be valid until the end of August. Would I need to redeem the PS4 registration code to get the items since the EA code did nothing?

    Okay so I checked my playstation network account through my computer and I see I have the Early Access Entitlement registered under my account. I've checked the mail moogle and still nothing. I want that minion darn it! x(

    What your account is entitled for would show up in mogstation for your account. For example, since I have CE, it lists items like coeuler bell and helm of light.

    If it shows up on your PSN account and not on your SE account (as seen at the MogStation), that would indicate a problem with linking your PSN to SE accounts (which should have already been done when you started playing on PS3). If it does show up on your SE account, but you haven't gotten the items in-game, that would indicate a different bug. Either way, you'll likely need to contact SE's customer support to fix the problem.

    So first check the MogStation. (It should show up under "Other Received Bonus Items" as shown below.) Then, once you know whether it's a PSN account to SE account discrepancy or an SE account to game discrepancy, contact Customer Support and see if they can help.

    Thanks so much for this! I checked on Mogstation and it has not showed up so I'm gathering its a PSN to game issue. I'll contact customer support.

    I'm in the exact same boat. Entered the EA code into PSN, it took it and then I logged in with my PS3. It shows my account linked, but I haven't received any items. The bonus code page says these expire at the end of August.

    I normally play on PC, but I don't understand why my items haven't come through yet.

    I just e-mailed them today seeing as how it is now possible to speak with them. Hopefully I can get this issue resolved soon. :/
