looks like a multiboxer to me, with the aa cc and dd in the names, makes it easier to distinguish the chars when playing.

Not necessarily a bot, he could still be a boxer. If he is using characters to party teleport the others around, there is no need for a mount. it would also go some way to explain why they appear to be in the same positions if the TP alts never move from their position.

Never underestimate the financial power of some boxers. Some people think nothing of plopping hundreds a month on accounts. There was a famous boxer in WoW who ran 40 accounts simultaneously.

Notice these screenshots are hours apart, yet all 4 of the characters are standing the the exact same positions, they are there for a few seconds and vanish once again...

Also notice their gears... all exactly the same lol

They could just as easily be gil farming bots rather than myth. It's possible that the mats are coming from bots but what people are pointing out that it's also possible someone has a ton of time on their hands. I know an animus rusher who grinded for almost 24 hours straight for myth. Therefore, you can't immediately point fingers and blame bots/hackers.

They all had the exact same gears, party of 4 BLM's, teleporting at the exact same time, staying in their exact same place for hours.

There is not only human players playing those characters, I'm certain.

I've seen two groups of people similar to that screen shot, except they all had names like yxxahgfasfnn and they were all dressed the same just standing in town for like a day straight.

Just saw something like this on Mateus, too. It was a group of about 10-20 level 50 Lala Thaumaturges (not black mages) flickering in and out of Duty Finder in a massive stationary mob around a tree in Central Shroud all day yesterday. They all had preset random lala names and none where in FC's or GC's, and just kept appearing, singing up for duty, and disappearing the entire time I was there farming wind shards. Definitely a bot factory, and definitely needs to be stopped by SE ASAP, since it seems this is some new thing that is trending across servers if this thread is any indication.

Well true it would appear as though something is amiss, however it's still firmly in the realm of speculation at this stage. "It looks like x, therefore it must be x". I prefer to keep an open mind on this, as you could say there is no firm evidence either way.

I'd rather not cause a witch hunt for speculative reasons at this stage, and for that reason the OP and others probably want to remove those pics because naming and shaming is against the forum rules. I know it was posted in good faith, but it's probably best to file a ticket and let a GM investigate whether the player is legit.
