Increase PvP Marks/Exp

I just started PvP and I agree the exp you get per match, especially for a loss is really low. Queue times are long, wait an average of 8 mins for a 1 min fight just to get 12-16 exp for a loss, maybe 50 for win? I'll have to say it's very discouraging. I'm only rank 12 so far and already feel like giving up knowing how long it will take to get rank 40. Even with all wins its still a ridiculous amount of matches to rank up to 40. I think exp earned per match should be at least double what it is as of now.

The win/loss reward disparity is especially horrendous.

They need to implement a division/league system so badly.
