    Suggestion: Primal/DF mentor reward system

Over the last few patch releases, I've noticed that there are less players in PF looking for learning parties. This is evident by the PF descriptions, which threaten to kick/blacklist players who aren't already experienced in a fight. It's also become obvious that the (unreasonably high) expectations some players have for DF are completely unrealistic.

This leads to an interesting problem - you can't learn in PF and it's unacceptable to be inexperienced when joining DF. So where do new players get experienced in fights? Imagine a mentor reward system.

In each fight, there's a certain amount of sold/myth that's received on completion. Imagine a pool of additional myth/sold (or whatever) above the regular reward. Players with less than 5 wins in a particular fight are considered "new". If 1 of the 8 party members is "new", the group gets 1/8 of the veteran pool. Two new players gets 1/4 of the pool, and so forth.

Just thinking aloud; thanks for reading.

While I like the idea, the current mindset of most higher level/experienced players would simply use that as a tool to farm extra tomes off new guys. And that's already an issue with some who join learning parties yet don't teach what they know. Still, if not for the human element, it's not a bad suggestion.
