To make matters worse, the scalekin are known to have a taste for plump, stout Lalafell, which they oft consume by swallowing whole, leaving the victims to digest slowly in their cavernous bellies. It is even said that the peiste's piercing howl is actually the screams of those recently devoured...

To ensure their numbers do not grow any further, the Brass Blades are seeking able-bodied adventurers to assist in the thinning of the peiste population.
