PS4 Only via Eligibility Rules

Hi all, so I can download my client in PS4. The only thing that bugs me is the client called Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn (Only via Eligibility Rules) and everytime I log in in my news there is the words. And even though I upgrade it from PS3 it's not like I own the game. It's still possible for me to buy the game from the PlayStation store. But I can play the game normally
normally.

Anyone else have the same experience like me?

That's why I'm asking here trying to find it on Google and no answer. Ah I'm using EU playstation account FYI.it's really strange that I have the option buy the game when I already can play it.

I had the option to purchase the game, as you mentioned, but after a few days that option disappeared

Have you powered down your PS4 since installing or do you just sleep the system?

I too upgraded from PS3 to PS4 and haven't encountered this error.

Yeah exactly. That's what I mean. And for me below start button there is a green button called 'buy €34' or so. It's really annoying.
