    FFXIV Not updating ~After downloading patch~

    Ok so after the patch has downloaded and it tries to update the game I get the following error:



    So My question is how do I fix this so I can play today?
    If I need to reinstall the game, how do I find where to reinstall it?

    UPDATE: For those with windows 8 or higher, apparently you need to restart your computer. I do not know why or how this fixes the problem, but windows 8 must be just derpy like that! So in essence for those others who are finding this an issue please restart your computer then run this in admin mode to find your solution.

    New Issue: Says unable to update game but lets me in game anyhow.
