Behest NPC freezes interface.

When I have attempted to participate in the behest located at Cedarwood, a node south of Bloodshore, I have been frozen in one place by the NPC without any means of cancellation or continuation.

I can speak in chat, but otherwise am forced to end the FFXIV process.
