    Doesn't change the fact that the time you're wasting time to do that could have been more outgoing dps. You're hurting your DPS if using chakra multiple times in between rotations. The only time you SHOULD be using it is when you literally cannot continue your rotation due to dealing with mechanics, waiting, or not close enough. I know Forbidden Chakra hits real hard when it crits, but that does not make up the time spent building it while in a direct fight. In 5 seconds you have enough time to do an entire rotation which would equate to more DPS than 1 crit Forbidden Chakra would dish out and that's even IF it crits - if it doesn't, that's even more DPS lost. If you're using Chakra twice after each finisher that means you can only do 1 Forbidden Chakra every 3 rotations, and within that time you've effectively wasted 10-12 seconds of possible DPS for the price of 1 decent hit. It just isn't worth it.

    I've yet to refine the oGCD portion, but i've come up with an opener that lets most things line up nicely, im not totally satisfied with it though so dont take it as the absolute best by any means

    start in courel
    demo > (PB) > snap > snap > dragon kick > twin snakes > snap > touch of death > dragon kick (or bootshine) > true strike > demolish

    That is what myself and the few other higher end monks I've spoken to are playing around with as well. I think the real problem is going to be placement of oGCD abilities. Sometimes I get everything, and I think I'm golden just to look down and realize that I let GL drop, haha.

    I haven't taken a good look at monk gear, but it may become not-unusual to start with a 6-hit PB sometime this expansion. (Then again, RIP Fey Light.)

    fey light is just under a new skill, it grants attack speed instead of skill speed, so the effect is about the same.

    aside from that, think i potentially worked out best place for each oGCD in the opener i posted before.

    demo > (PB) > snap > snap > dragon kick > (b4b) > twin snakes > (IR) > snap > (str pot) > touch of death > (elixir) > dragon kick (or bootshine) > (steel peak) > true strike > (howling) > demolish > (forbidden) > dragon kick

    all oGCD dmg skills are fully buffed, its just a hell of a lot longer than we are used to, so its gonna take some practice :S

    I hit 60 before work today so when I get home tonight ill check some rotation things out tonight before maint and let you guys know if I find anything special. One thing i found is you can use exlier drive and howling between the same gcd, but you have to use elixer drive first, will not work with howling first.

    An odd thing; using Form Shift while in Perfect Balance prompts a dodge (instead of the "has no effect" I expected), allowing the use of Haymaker. I don't think this has any real use, but it was interesting nonetheless (and possibly a bug).

    just tried this myself, and it works, but its certainly not reliable on a higher ping or unstable ping, ultimately its not a dps gain though since the cooldowns should line up that way if you keep them on cooldown, unless you end up getting 1 extra right at the very end of a fight.
