PSN version - Not available for purchase

Hi,

I planned to buy the digital version of FF14 today however, when I go onto the PSN store it says FF14 is not available for purchase and that i already have it. I was part of the beta, so I tried downloading it (the beta download) again through my download list and it tell me to go to the store to purchase the game. I cannot do that, so I'm stuck with the psn credit I just purchased and unable to download the game. Can someone please help me...

If you already downloaded the PS4 Beta Phase 2 client, that is the same client to launch the game. Try booting up your client from the beta and attempt to use that to play the game. I'm guessing you already got your mog station and SE account information setup right, since you were part of Beta? You will need that setup as well to play.

Thank you for the reply. As mentioned in my first post, I have downloaded the beta client. It only gives me 1 option to log into existing Square Enix account, then after logging into my Square-Enix account it tells me in order to play I must purchase the game from the store etc.

Edit - This is on PS3 by the way.

So did you play beta on PS4 or PS3? I thought you were trying PS4, but from what it sounds like, you are trying to DL the game from the PSN on your PS3 and it is giving you this run around. I transferred away from PS3 to PS4, so I can't say for sure what is the issue to be honest.

I guess I can only recommend to make sure your mog station info is correct and you are registered to the PS3 version on the correct SE account. Also try deleting the client on your PS3 and DL'ing it again.
