    [EU] Current Known Issues with Updating Lodestone Character Data (Apr. 24)

    We are currently experiencing technical difficulties on the Lodestone and the iOS/Android app “Libra Eorzea” wherein character data does not update properly.

    The issue is being addressed, and new updates will follow as additional information becomes available.

    We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your patience and understanding.

    We were encountering technical difficulties on the date listed below which prevented character data from updating properly on both the Lodestone and the iOS/Android app “Libra Eorzea”.

    Although this issue has now been resolved, we wish to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
