    I'm certain congestion isn't the issue. Most people are at work and school right now and the servers have been able to preform well during high peak times. It's probably another issue they're trying to cover up and fix. I'm just glad the issue isn't on my end and I don't have to waste time trying to fix it, lol.

    I ran as admin and it pulled the patch fine after getting a launcher error originally.

    Well I just managed to make it past the launcher and download the patch. Took a few tries. After I got past that, I got into game no prob.
