    I was logging out from my PS3 version and passing the launcher check when I crashed into the same problem ...
    And I don't even get the same error code as yours! Mine is: -2140077934

    I came to the forums to create this very thread, so it's not just me then. First time this has happened for me . I'm on the PS4 as well.

    If it's truly due to congestion then I have no hope to log on tonight as it's fast approaching EU prime time which means I might be stuck play DCUO or ESO (IF there's no maintenance, again)
