I haven't had much on bad groups, I've done everything with the duty finder including upto T5 and Titan XM, only once in a while does someone perk up and decide they're going to douche all over the chat box, but when that happens I don't tend to let it influence the run, I just try harder to make up for the person who's failing or just minimize my chat box and try to persevere as best as possible..

When I am in a party where it is obvious or people state that they are unexperienced, first thing I do is trying to get the steam level down. Can be a joke, can be a supportive sentence like "don't worry, we try it until we make it" or something similiar. It works wonders most of the time. Many people had bad experiences in DF and are nervous about everything they do 1st time or are unexperienced in.

Creating a friendly environment is a key element for the more difficult dungeons and boss fights in this Game for me. If people are too serious and start bitching after the slightest mistakes, the consequence is most of the time that the people who were already nervous before are afterwards even more nervous and fail even more often. So taking tension out is mandatory. Playing a Game should be fun, not stressful. I will never understand the seriousity of some players anyways. Some look to me like they are going on a shift and "have to do it" lol.

I think noone said all DF parties are bad and full of quitters and whiners, but it takes just one player to possibly ruin the whole run: after team is not full healer/tank can easily leave and dungeon will end on this. There are multiple ways to make party not full, such as leaving yourself, kicking someone, "disconnecting", going afk, bullying someone so he would quit, etc. Older players queue into DF expecting this to happen so they will be less frustrated when it happens.
For me DF is the alternative if FC/PF team is not available, same as for many other older players. Also it is the place to experiment and train myself or new people from FC/PF before we start the full premade team recruitment. So there are many weird things to be expected if you queue to DF.
I am gathering gear to tank extreme primals now and DF will be my training ground until i get the basics. Also i need to experiment on different strategies for garuda to see which one suits me best. I know people will say horrible things to me when i will fail, but it is better to fail random people across all the servers and learn from this before i go with a premade.

"All DF PTs are NOT evil" - I believe your grammar is incorrect. Did you mean to say "Not all DF PTs are evil"?
Because some of them definitely ARE.
Not all of them... but enough.
I don't even play on a NA data center and hope that this means I can avoid a higher percentage of assholes. But I still won't go into the DF alone and prefer to avoid it altogether. I've met a few really cool people in the DF. A few.

In general, I don't think it's the case that whole DF parties are evil, but rather that you get That One Guy who is evil. The one who starts whining and complaining and tossing insults around whenever things don't go perfectly on the first try. The one who THINKS he's saying what everyone else is secretly thinking and is the only one with the cajones to say it out loud, when really no one agrees with him at all and his foul attitude is causing morale to plummet.

Don't be That One Guy. It never helps.
