Right because 99% of all DoL and DoH gear doesn't say "all classes" already right?

Only if you go by the english translation of the recent letter... the part about "incorporating feedback" is translated a bit more clearly in the german version as "based on the QA feedback they gonna revise the difficulty of the next part of the quest, which was planned to be introduced in 2.25"
Nothing points towards any adjustments to the current quests for the moment.

so your right nothing should be exclusive to glamour, anything should be wherever... I'd wear my alchemist coat on my whm, fine with me.

Obviously for vanity...there was something about how before 2.2 SE specifically showed someone as a DoW using the new specs, people complained that you couldn't.
