Steps:
I had been alternating between crafting and checking the market board, when I received a message that two of the items on my retainer had sold: a Craftsman's Command Materia III for 11,400 gil, and a Glacial Coat for 17,005 gil. When I finished the crafts I was working on - and Electrum Circlet (Amber) and an Electrum Circlet (Zircon), I believe, I clicked the Summoning Bell to summon my retainer, and found 0 gil on him. This isn't the first time this has happened; it's been a fairly regular issue for at least two months now, receiving the message that the item is sold, and receiving no gil from it. I reported it via the ingame bug report system before, but after no response, decided I'd better report it here. I've lost thousands of gil this way that I know of, including the sale of a HQ Vanya Robe once, and I'm not sure just how much else may have been missing from bulk sales, given the frequency this has been happening. It seems to have become more common lately.
Both items show in my sale history, as has been the case in every instance of this bug, and both are gone from my retainer, so I've lost the items irretrievably as well as the gil I should have made on the sales. As a crafter who sells things regularly, this is EXTREMELY frustrating, to throw my gil away to make things that I'm not receiving my payment for.
