    Flash is an essential tool for PLD in speedruns / long/ large pulls.

    Bray HM for example. Run through and flash / body pull everything. Once gathered, flash+RoH+flash. Riot blade combo > flash many times using CoS when up. Oh and definitely use Fight or Flight with CoS....get moar hates!!!
