Always dead connect

Hello.
This is the third time I post in this forum, and you always move my thread into either different support required or solved. It's not solved and SE support haven't been able to help me.
I'm starting to be sick of it, really really sick of it.
Everyday I can't play from about 14:00 GMT+1 to 24:00 GMT+1 because of:
1) I go randomly dead connect either in instances and in open world doing nothing.
2) During that I can't retrieve data from server (I'm on phoenix) such as duty finder which stays forever on obtaining data or friend list which can't load any friend or I freeze if I try to interact with any in game item and my skills doesn't land even if it seems I have pressed their buttons.
3) Either I stay frozen for 4-5 minutes and it recovers by itself for 2-3 min before going dead connect again, or It kicks me from the game after the freeze, error 90000 and stuff.

I tried everything: portforwarding the router, upgrading it, restarting it, changing it, setting DMZ on ps3 but nothing worked.
I contacted my ISP which said it was all ok but sent me a technician anyway to check. Everything is fine. Plus, the fact that it all began about then days ago, lead me to think it's a server problem or something similar. It's about the date of ps4 release, so I'm supposing it's about server congestion or stuff.

Same here, I've just finished talking on the phone with the ISP (which is the same as OP) and they said there is no issue with my connection, no packet loss and no speed issue and I do believe them since I can use every other device just fine. I've tried resetting my router, giving the PS3 a static IP and setting it to DMZ, portforward the PS3, switch from wired to wireless back to wired, reset PS3 database and cleared cookies and cache and nothing has worked.

When I log in (which took me like 5-6 attempts today) everything looks fine, but performing any action or just by waiting a minute or so will get me the dreaded red DC symbol by my char's name. The weird thing is, I can continue using the chat or move around at that point and I will continue seeing other players or NPCs, but I can't interact with them ofc, nor can I check on any of my LS/FC/friends lists (same goes for DF/PF).

Also, "Log out" or "Exit game" commands do not respond, so I have to use the XMB to close the client. If I wait long enough, I would get a 90K error and get kicked out of the game. Please help!

I got disconnected from the server like 8 times yesterday. hope this get fixed soon I sure miss adventuring.
