Really... Frontier.ffiV.com/arr_win/ error again?

As the title says, once again being inflicted by system error 2146697211 with once again a frontier.ffxiv.com/arr_win/ link below it.. And no, additional Phone or chat support can't help with this, so moving it does nothing. I contacted them several times and calling my ISP or resetting the router will not solve this.

I am having the exact same issue. Never had it before.

I'm guessing it's a server problem, since sometimes it loads a bit of the launcher before giving the errors, and other times the launcher stays black.

SE, please fix your servers so we can start playing with the new patch plz

Same problem. Black launcher screen then eventually I get the error message.

EDIT: After restarting PC, it brings up launcher to login credentials, but it takes about 2mins for login input to appear. but no error at least, so my suggestion is to restart pc
