FC Merge Interest

Waiting on Cooldowns ( WoC ) is looking for any FC's who would be interested in merging to us. We have a small core of dedicated players and a large house in Lavenderbeds. (Ward 2, plot 6 with open house if anyone would like to drop by).

We are casual end game players looking for more like minded members to join us so we can do more FC oriented events like Coil, EX Primals, and any other endgame content that is yet to come. Duty finder is rough and Party Finder not much better. We are on all levels of end game content from having done all (except coil 2) to just getting started.

We are a mixture of personalities and primarily EST / CST game time.

Are you guys only interested in merging into your free company and not merging into another? I ask because my FC is small as well, although our house is only a medium sized house we are a mix of casual end game players. I just finished creating one static raid group and looking to create a second one as we'll the first group is a late night rays group but I want to create an earlier starting second group. We're probably similar in endgame areas as we are now working on turn 5 to progress into next round of coil. If this interests you let me know if you guys are willing to go into another FC. If not I'm sure you'll find someone that will better suit your bill . =) If it does interest you we can talk over mumble sometime soon or in game.

Try talking to Remedial Raiders <RR> if you're looking for members. I think a bunch left for wildstar and some are trying to find a good home maybe (trouble is most/all? are dps)

Instead of merging, why don't you create a joint linkshell with another FC? That would be easier, I think.

FC Loyalty at this stage in the game is a big problem with merging fcs. I think Antonio's idea is actually a great one.

CR is down and we'd like to join in the LS when it gets created. Our list of members at end game far outnumber those that aren't. And our problem with getting a full fc raid going is the time zone difference. Hopefully this LS will put an end to, what I believe, is not only an unfortunate downside to small fc's raid issues, but the lack of progression Zalera's dealing with atm.

Linkshell is definitely the way to go, for whatever reason people feel to possessive of their FC in this game. Hence why there's hundreds of FCs with 10-20 people with no actual progression.
