    PS4 App for FFXIV Often Freezes

    Hello, everyone. I recently upgraded to the PS4 from the PS3 and it runs GREAT! BUT! I have one problem... since I've upgraded, the PS4 app has frozen and froze my PS4 about 3 times already. If you try to close the app, it never finishes closing and if you try to shut down the PS4, it cannot because the FFXIV app is frozen. Is there anything that can be down about this? The only way after that is to force shut down the PS4 which I don't feel comfortable doing but it's the only option.

    I remember I have read someone had similar issue and fixed by replacing the hdd.
    Maybe you can try to re-install the app first?
