Let me explain. I just bought the game and I can't even play! I can't even contact Square Enix company because of business hours and I can't even use the tech forums because as I was scanning all the topics NONE of them have solutions. Just people piling up agreeing with their error. So I thought to come here hoping there could be some light for my situation which is as follows:

I played during Open Beta on my husbands PlayStation on my PSN account. We just bought the game during I imagine closed beta and I wanted to sign in with my account on his PSN account but it said it's already linked to another account on the PS4, so I imagine that means the account I was logging into on his PSN is locked to mine. So I tried to change my account information on MogoStation from my account email to his, but I never received an email. So we decided to just create a whole new account for FF on his PSN account and after the registration process, I still did not receive an email. I can't even play...

Long story short: I don't receive any emails! I can't link my account or register I CANT EVEN PLAY! All because I am not receiving EMAILS!

I am so frustrated this is the most inconvenient thing ever! I bought a game that I can't even PLAY!
