I use the party interface for healing, I have placed it right where my mouse pointer usually is on the lower right hand of the screen. I generally have the tank targetted constantly, but when changing to another party member to heal them, even though the name is highlighted and I have clicked on their bar, the heal animation goes off, but the heal doesn't connect with the player. The same happens with Adlo...animation, and sound goes off, but the player doesn't get it.

I have spoken with several other Scholars and White Mages and they are finding the same problem. It appears to be a skill delay, so if you quickly change to another party member and quickly cast the heal...the delay prevents them from getting it.

I have experimented and indeed you have to wait (haven't timed it but it's milliseconds) to cast the heal or it won't hit them.

This makes for very inefficient healing and sometimes...death.

Confirmed. Happened to me as well, when playing my conjurer, though I haven't played my sch since patch to see if it hits her as well. X'nahj Tia, Balmung server, happened frequently yesterday (April 22nd) and on the 20th, when I was running a lot of dungeons with him. Always the first heal that wouldn't connect, which was really bad, because it would usually happen when the tank would be lowest in HP.
