Not only that, but also individual limit breaks need to be added. Its pretty stupid that there's one limit break bar that's shared. Each player should have his or her own limit break that can be used whenever they want, not just in a party.

Especially for BARD. It's the only DPS without a DPS LB.

That would just make it another ability on a long timer. The whole point of LB is to co-ordinate as a group when it is best to use it and which type.
