What about a regular PvP tournament before ranking system is here ?

Hi guys.
Much of my thought are in the title : why not organize a regular (weekly?) pvp tournament before the ranking system is here ? this could help pvp players in a lot of ways :
- more people playing at the same time = less time waiting
- more challenge
- more marks/pvp exp
- meeting pvp players to create teams.

i'm sorry if something like this already exists, but i'm on my phone atm and the mobile internet is pretty bad here, can't really search for this. ho, and i never heard about something like that too.

Let me know if you find this idea interesting, and if it is, i'll work more on it and present to you how i'll build up this tournament.
