Make Physick and Cure Different

Currently both Scholar and White Mage can take Physick/Cure as a cross-class skill. However, it makes zero sense to take it since they're exactly the same skill. A Scholar can use them both with the same amount of utility, while a White Mage has no reason to use Physick since Cure is traited.

I really don't care how the two are different just as long as some change is made to make them both useful and distinct. One idea I've kicked around is making Physick instant cast with a lower potency. This adds a new tool for all healers - an instant low-efficiency heal that can be cast on the move. It would also give Black Mage and Summoner a minor amount of party support in the form of a heal that can be cast on the move.

I think any changes will only make cure>physick, many sch may not like the result ^^;
