This is my macro for Contagion. Works like a charm and I don't need to constantly spam Contagion button just to order Garuda to apply it.

Ok, I know it sounds a bit stupid since "Why repeated Contagion?". This is to ensure Garuda-Egi WILL apply Contagion with a single click on command.
I don't like macro'ing Swiftcast since there's a lot of usage for it for example Swiftcast+Shadowflare. Also in T5, you might forgot to apply a dot on Twintania and Conflaguration landed on a random teammate. For example Miasma isn't applied (Probably cast interrupted or just forgot to apply it). Swiftcast+Miasma works perfectly and saved 2.3 seconds worth of cast time that determines your life and death(?).

Other than my most useful macro, I don't have anymore. I do have some macro attached on basic skill but that's more into party/raid communication such as Ressurection, Eye 4 Eye, and Virus macro.

I do use these macros all the time:

I put Bio first so if I move at least I did something

/ac “Virus” <t>
This is the only way I can use Virus (PS3 user) its changeling switching hotbars.
I did use Ranging Strikes & Hawk’s Eye. Just the cool down makes them completely useless.
