Commendation System!

It been posted by a dev some were put giving commendations to players out your party is being worked on and was planned for 2.3 if we see any more this we can all hope.

I don't think you should be able to commentate people who you joined a party with. It could lead to people joining and spamming commendations on one person to speed along thier achievements. Truthfully i would rather have someone tell me i did a good job than give me a commendation at the end. Social recognition is alot better =D

While we're on the topic of commendations, would it kill SE to allow us to commend players who leave the instance? Some people make a mad dash for the exit too soon
