Lightening's hair

Is there another chance for the Lightening's Event or another way that other races are able to attain Lightening's hair ?

I currently have a Miqo'te character.

I also think they should come out with other female character's hairstyles like Raine or Lulu's or even Rikku.

I am just unsure as to if I am even able to get it at all because of my race, or because I wasn't available during the limited event.

The long and short answer without looking in another thread is no. The event is over and you can no long acquire it. They aren't bringing it back.

We do not currently have any plans to hold another Lightning Returns: FINAL FANTASY XIII collaboration event, and we do not have any plans to add Lightning’s hairstyle to the Aesthetician or make it available from event vendors.

I hate lightning, and by extension all FF13 games.

I also don't understand why people say XIII-2 was all about Lightning. You hardly even see her in that one.
